Connection
Please do not use USB hubs. Rather use a direct connection.

Misc
- switch off Endpoint Security
- uninstall the Hilscher USB driver and Sycon.net
- clean the registry with the free tool "CCleaner" (https://www.ccleaner.com)
- install the latest driver version as well as the latest version of Sycon.net
