The easiest way is using an IFRAME from the default displays. An IFRAME can be found in the folder "ATVISE/Chrome/hmi/IFRAME", "ATVISE/Glossy/hmi/IFRAME", "ATVISE/Steelblue/hmi/IFRAME", "ATVISE/Standard/hmi/IFRAME" depending on the basic design type your have chosen. Drag an drop an IFRAME from the default displays to your screen and adjust the size accordingly with the mouse. Then enter the external URL in the parameter list of the display you want to get shown.
Here is an example of 4 iFRAME on one screen with scrolling option enabled:
