netX USB FTDI driver installation

USB driver installation for netX hardware offering a FTDI 2232 USB to SPI controller.

Note:
This installaion ony supports hardware with JTAG and SPM combinations connected to the FTDI chip.
Other combinations like JTAG and COM ports are currently not supported and installed via different installation programs.

Since V3.0.0.0 of the driver installation, the setup now installs both interfaces (MI_00 and MI_01) of the FTDI chip.
The intefaces are alwas defined as:

• USB FTDI interface MI_00 => JTAG
  USB FTDI interface MI_00 is always connected to the netX JTAG hardware / if available
• USB FTDI interface MI_01 => SPM
  if SPM via USB is available on the hardware, than it will be always connected to USB FTDI interface MI_01
• In an FTDI interface is not connected to the hardware, a dummy entry will be installed, preventing  warnings in the windows device manager
