hboot_image_compiler

updated from version 1.0.0 to 1.2.2
- fix: patching of elf files, which already one time processed by the hboot_image_compiler
- fix: GAP calculation between sections / segments defined in linker scripts

hwconfig tool

updated from version 4.1.7 to 4.1.9
- Fix: LED output for SPE config should NOT be inverted

hboot_image_sign

updated from version 0.9.7 to 1.1.3
- Updated to hil_nxt_hboot_elf_update v1.0.1: Fixed incorrect calculation of padding between sections
- Updated to hil_nxt_hboot_image_update v1.0.0: Improved invalid HBoot Boot Header error message
- Replaced -pkf/--public-key-file and -pkid/--public-key-id arguments for sign command with --com-private-firmware-key-file/--com-private-firmware-key-id, --app-private-firmware-key-file/--app-private-firmware-key-id, --com-anchor/--com-anchor-mask and --app-anchor/--app-anchor-mask
- Replaced -pkf/--public-key-file and -pkid/--public-key-id arguments for verify command with --com-public-firmware-key-file/--com-public-firmware-key-id and --app-public-firmware-key-file/--app-public-firmware-key-id
- Add a custom section '.hil_nxt_hboot_image_sign' after signing an ELF file to be used by other tools to determine whether the ELF file was signed
- Updated to hil_nxt_hboot_elf_update v0.1.0: Fixed wrong ELF file serialization bug
