PROFINET IO-Device V3.12.0.0 has been released

A new version of PROFINET IO-Device protocol stack and firmware has been released.

This release fixes some bugs and introduces new features. Details can be found on the corresponding version page.

Worth mentioning are

  • NXLFW no longer supports EthernetInterface in "OEM" mode
  • PROFIenergy ASE is now supported (required to support PROFIenergy profile V1.2 in applications)
  • Certification with PI testbundle "April 2017" is now possible
  • Support for AssetManagment
