Where to find the latest Version

The latest Version of the netX Configuration tool, is always available on our Knowledge Base:

Installation

Older Versions of the netX Configuration Tool need to be uninstalled, before you can install the newest version.

When installing the Software, the installer asks for a Firmware folder.

If the netX Configuration Tool has been installed before, a fitting folder could be available in the following path:

C:\Programme (x86)\Hilscher GmbH\netX Configuration Tool V1.0900

Do not select the Firmware folder from the already excisting path. This will cause issues during installation.

Please remove the Firmware folder from the excisting path. Otherwise issues can be caused by excisting files that can not be overwritten.

The Firmwarefolder needs to have the following structure:

Firmware\netIC

The folder needs to be filled with the Firmware you need to use. Otherwise the netX Configuration Tool will not be installed.
