Which communication LEDs must be implemented (are mandatory) to achieve certification

PROFINET:

Signal LED must be available on case. A red blinking LED must blink 3 time in 3 seconds = 1 Hz if signaling is forced over DCP. On NXHX90 this is the COM0 LED.

EthernetIP:

There are no LEDs mandatory, existing LEDs must be named as follows:

“MS”, “Mod”, “Mod Status” or “Module Status”

“NS”, “Net”, “Net Status” or “Network Status”

In case of multi protocol devices combined names are possible

EtherCAT:

For EtherCAT take the document ETG700. EtherCAT has strong rulse for printing lables on the case and necessary LEDs.

Use the lable "RUN" or "RN" and Green LED. On NXHX90 this is the COM0 LED; Lable need to be close to the RUN LED

Use the lable "ERR" or "ERROR" or "ER" and Red LED. On NXHX90 this is the COM1 LED; Lable need to be close to the ERR LED

Use the lable "IN" for Port 0 together with Lable "LINK/ACTIVITY" or "LINK/ACT" or "L/A" or "LA" and Green LED.  (Yellow LED is not used for EtherCAT) The lable need to be close to Port0 or obviously allocated to Port0

Use the lable "OUT" for Port 1 together with Lable "LINK/ACTIVITY" or "LINK/ACT" or "L/A" or "LA" and Green LED  (Yellow LED is not used for EtherCAT) The lable need to be close to Port1 or obviously allocated to Port1
