How to solve crash problem in Win7, 64 bit system for V1.700 or lower versions?

The installation finished without errors.

The reason for the crash during the start of the application is a not installed MFC dll.

With the version V1.900.1.2653 the problem is fixed.

Use V1.900.1.2653 or higher versions.
