How to install USB driver for Segger J-Link USB - JTAG adapter?

For older J-Link adapter (older than 2022) use a tool like zadig to switch to the WinUSB driver.

Newer J-Link adapter with the VID:PID 1366:1020 use WinUSB driver as well. Than no need to use zadig any longer.


CLI Flasher supports VID:PID

  • 1366:0101

CLI Flasher 1.8.2 and newer support additionally VID:PID

  • 1366:1020
