The flow editor Node-RED is coming along with many nodes supported by the Open Source community. All the pre-installed nodes are related
to the shopfloor access, programming or cloud connectivity. Some special nodes, developed by Hilscher coming on top, in order to support also
the netIOT Edge Gateway hardware.


Node-RED Data Capturing NodesUsed for

This node is required, if the gateway should be used as an IO Device (slave) in a PROFINET, PRFOBUS or EthernetIP network.

This node is used for the Passive Fieldbus Integration, if the user like to do the data processing within Node-RED.

This node is used for the access to SIMATIC S7-300/1200/1500 PLCs, in order to read the datablocks.
