How can I see what is downloaded into a netSCADA device during distribution procedure?

You can change the path for downloading temporarily to your local disk drive in atvise Builder instead. If you choose the option "distribute" then, all files will be saved on your disk drive instead of into the device.

To do so double click the server in the project tree and then choose the option "Advanced".

Check the "General Settings" check box and then select the new target folder on your disk drive using the three dots push buttons.

If you "distribute" then the whole project will be stored in the selected folder and you can watch it.
