The installations fails with an error message when pressing "Install netANALYZER" from the DVD splash screen.

A

Try to install the single components from the DVD manually, do not use the installer from path "\Setup\Setup.exe"

Install following components from the DVD:

\Driver\MSI\netANALYZER - netSCOPE Driver x64.msi
\Driver\netANALYZER Remote Access Windows Client.exe
\Software\netAnalyzer.msi
\Software\EnDevConfigTool.msi
