netMOTION Examples

Examples

We provide several examples demonstrating the motor control possibilities with the netX platform. These examples may be split into three categories and may be used with the netXStudio IDE.

netX Studio CDT IDE

For previous versions see version history.

Bare Metal FOC Example

The first category contains only the Bare Metal Field Oriented Control Example. This example does not contain a communication stack. The purpose of this example is to provide a base application for motor evaluation only.

Documentation:

Drive Profile Examples

The Drive Profile examples use the FOC provided in the Bare Metal example and combine it with the defined profile standard.

Vendor Profile Examples

The vendor profile contains basically the FOC example from above and combines it with our "simple configuration" communication stack examples and creates a complete application between the motion peripheral and the real-time ethernet communication stacks.
