The following page summarizes packing information deployed by the test center to prepare netX 90 chips for shipment in tray boxes with 2400 pieces each. In case of customers order smaller quantities or not multiples of 2400 pieces, then tray boxes will be opened and repacked compliant to J-STD-033D in the warehouse before shipping.
1. Tray Box
Number of trays in each box is 10 + 1 tray as lid. Trays are strapped with 3 short + 1 long strapping band.
Trays are vacuum sealed in moisture barrier bags (MBB) and packed in boxes with humidity indicator + desiccant bag.
Each tray box is sealed with a tape showing “QA SEALED” and a blue stamp which is covered with transparent tape.
