Do we need dual-use export control for netX 90 SoC or embedded devices / products with netX 90 SoC?

Germany: No, the dual-use regulations are obsolete for netX 90! With a letter from the BAFA (09.01.2020) the netX 90 does no longer fall under exportation constraints.
