Introduction

The section describes how to start with the PROFIdrive based on netX 90.

• The example requires netX 90-based motion board NXHX90-MC;

• The PROFIdrive example runs on the APP core of netX 90;

• The PROFINET IO Slave Use Case A firmware is running on the COM core of netX 90;

• V4.1.0.0 of the example implements the Application Class 1 and 4 based on an example by Siemens;

• Two pre-defined motor configurations can be evaluated;

• There is an option for a custom motor adaptation as well.
